1. Data controller

The data controller is n8.software Piotr Gnyp, Jędrzychowska 20D, 65-385 Zielona Góra, Poland, NIP 9292070264, REGON 521530737 (the “Controller”). THaiva and THaiculator are product names used by the Controller and are not separate legal entities.

2. What THaiculator processes locally

The calculator is designed to work without a THaiculator backend. Dates entered for TM30 or TM47 calculations are processed in your browser. THaiculator stores the following local preferences on your device:

• selected language under thaiculator:language:v1;
• TM30/TM47 checklist progress under process-specific thaiculator:checklist:… keys;
• your analytics choice under thaiculator.privacy.consent.v1.

These localStorage records are used to provide requested functionality and remember your choices. They are not automatically attached to network requests.

3. Technical delivery data

Hosting, content-delivery and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, URL, response status, browser/device headers and security signals. This data may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare.

4. Microsoft Clarity analytics

Microsoft Clarity is optional. Its script is not loaded before you explicitly allow analytics through the privacy controls. After consent, Clarity may process navigation, clicks, scrolling, device/browser characteristics, approximate network-derived location, pseudonymous identifiers, heatmaps and technical session replays.

THaiculator sends Clarity a ConsentV2 signal with analytics_Storage: granted and ad_Storage: denied. Advertising storage is not enabled by this implementation.

Clarity session replay is a reconstruction from web-rendering and interaction data, not a camera recording. Explicit masking is applied to the calculator input and result area.

5. Purposes and legal bases

• website delivery, security and abuse prevention — legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and legal obligations where applicable;
• remembering functional and privacy choices — provision of requested functionality and legitimate interest in respecting the stored preference;
• Microsoft Clarity analytics — consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable terminal-equipment consent rules;
• privacy requests and compliance — legal obligation and/or legitimate interests.

Refusing analytics does not restrict access to THaiculator.

6. Recipients and international processing

Technical data may be processed by hosting/security providers. If analytics is enabled, Microsoft receives data through Clarity. These providers operate internationally and may process data outside the EEA subject to the safeguards available under applicable law and their contractual/privacy frameworks.

7. Retention

Local preferences remain on your device until you change them, clear site data, or a future consent version requires a new choice. Microsoft determines Clarity retention periods. The Controller does not create a separate THaiculator database containing your calculator dates.

8. Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Contact privacy@thaiva.com to exercise rights relating to processing controlled by the Controller.

9. Managing analytics consent

On your first visit, the privacy panel lets you reject analytics, allow analytics or manage the category. After a choice is stored, the floating Privacy settings button lets you reopen the panel at any time. When consent is withdrawn, THaiculator records the new choice, sends a denied signal if Clarity is active, attempts to clear accessible Clarity cookies and reloads the page without loading Clarity again.

10. Changes

This Notice may be updated when the calculator, infrastructure, analytics configuration or legal requirements change. Material changes to optional analytics may cause the consent panel to request a new choice.
